I had to go with a mini split because my HOA doesn't allow window units. While this cost quite a bit more than a window unit would, it is far more efficient at 19.2 SEER. I ran my refrigerant lines inside the wall for a cleaner install. Then I blew fiberglass inside the wall and into the attic. I also added more circuits including some 230 volt outlets for some more toys later on.
